Manage Users

From
this section of the top help desk software you will be
able to manage the users in your support system. You will
be able to send html emails to your users. In addition,
you will be able to create fields that can be seen by
the users when they register. You may also create internal
fields where you can store internal information about
users. Also, you will be able to group your users into
Interest Groups.

If
you select Add New User you will be able to add a new
user in your support system. Fill out the required fields
then click update to add a new user.

If
you select search users, you will be able to manage the
users in your support system via a search page. The following
table gives a detailed description of the different fields
you have to fill out when searching for a user you want
to manage.

If
you click Customize User Profile Fields you can add, edit,
and delete fields that will be used for the user record.
Certain fields will give you the option of having default
values. Default values are the values that will be selected
when the field is displayed. If you wish to edit
a field you can click the edit field button next to it,
and if you wish to delete one, then select the field and
click Delete Selected.

When
you select Add Field you will be taken to this screen.
You can create fields of different types, if you create
a menu you will also have to choose the options they can
choose.

If
you select Manage Interest Groups you will be taken to
this page. Using Interest groups is a way to categorize
your contacts. Each contact is required to be in an interest
group. From this section, you can add, edit, and delete
an interest group.

If
you select Add Interest Group you will be taken to this
page. Interest groups that are marked as Default will
be connected to the registration forms. There can only
be one Interest group that is marked as Default.

If
you select Manage Email Campaigns you will be brought
to this screen. You will be able to add campaigns to send
to your users, manage monitor links, build html emails,

you select Add Campaign you can setup an email campaign
to send to your users.

the Manage Monitor Links page you can create links where
you can monitor the impression and clicks from your email
campaign. Once you create a link, the system will generate
code that you will insert in the html pages that you will
create. This code will allow the system to monitor the
link.

From
the Build HTML Templates page you can build HTML Newsletters
from pre-made templates. Select a Newsletter and go into
the pages you want to modify from the template.

If
you select Manage Bounced Email you can manage emails
that get returned to your support desk when sent through
your contact manager. There are different types of bounce
emails and you can set options for each in this section
and also move the users to a certain interest group based
on the type of bounce. In addition, you have the option
to send an email to the administrator if a bounce email
gets filtered into the support area.

you select User Statistics from the main page, you will
be taken here. This page shows how many users are subscribed,
users that are not subscribed, users from the support
desk interface, and users from admin interface. You can
also monitor your email links.
