Getting Started Steps

This section of the help desk support software is provided to first time users so they will know how to get started.

Description

Step 1. Manage Departments:

The first step is to create your departments. By default one department is already created for you but you may add additional departments if required.

Step 2. Manage Staff:

This step will allow you to create staff members so that multiple staff can access the support system. Each staff can be assigned multiple departments.

Step 3. Generate Code:

This step will allow you to cut and paste an online / offline image to any HTML page of your website.

Step 4. Customize Support Desk:

From these sections you can customize the user pages. The first link will allow you to customize the main user pages and the next link will allow you to customize the knowledge base area.
