Support Ticket

The
Customize Support Ticket page of the help desk solution
program allows you to alter the fields on your support
tickets. You can add and delete fields here.

On
the Add Field page you can create a new field for users
to fill out while submitting a ticket.

determines the type of entry field. If you
select any type besides Text Box you will be prompted
to add the options that the type requires. |
