Manage Surveys

If
you wish to have your users complete a survey at some
point during your chat session, you can create a survey
form from this section of the help desk software solution.
Start by clicking Manage Survey. From this area
you can create survey forms. These forms can be launched
when you are chatting with your users. If you select
Survey Summary Report or Survey Detail Report you can
download detailed statistics on the results of your surveys.

If you've added
surveys, you will see a list of survey questions you have
added, as well as options to preview the survey, customize
the survey, add questions, delete questions, and edit
questions.

When customizing
the survey form, you can enter a title for the page and
change the text and color schemes. You can also create
header and footer text using our built-in text editor,
upload an image for the submit button, and set the background
colors for the page and question fields.

When adding
or editing questions, enter the question into the Field
Name field, and select whether it is required. Select
the type of field, the relative position, and enter
the choices. If you have more than 6 choices, just enter
the first 6 into the given fields and click Update,
and when you go back to edit the question additional
choice fields will be given.
