Manage Comments

manage_comments

On this page of the help desk software mac you can add, edit, and delete comments on  your articles.  If you check the box that says you must approve comments, you can also approve comments here.

When you select Add Comment you are taken to this screen, where you can create a new comment on any article.

Description

Article:

This is the article the comment will be attached to

Author Name:

This is the display name of the author

Author Email:

This is the author's email address

Subject

This is the title of the comment

Comments:

This is the text of your comment

Approved:

Check this box if you want the article to be approved from the beginning
