Generate Code

From this section of the enterprise help desk software you can generate code to insert into your HTML page so that you can display the online / offline icon. You can generate code for all departments or for specific departments. If you generate code for specific departments then make sure you add a chat icons in the Manage Department section. If you un-check the "Display Live Chat Icon to Users" then the user will not be shown the live chat icon on the page where you cut and paste the code.

Choose department you want to generate code for.  Do not select if you want to generate html for all company.

Display Live Chat Icon to Users

Check this box if you want to display live chat icon to users.

Automatically pop-up Live Chat Graphic

Check box to automatically pop-up live chat graphic.

In the subsequent screen, you are given two types of HTML code for chat icons with the settings you selected. The first is to be cut and pasted into HTML web pages, and second is to be used for HTML e-mails.
