Glossary

The
Glossary page of the desk help inventory software allows
you to manage definitions that will automatically pop-up
when users put their mouse over the word. You can
add entries, delete them, and you can mass upload them
in CSV or Tab Delimited Format.

On the Add
Entry Page you will be able to create a new glossary item.
Words are case-sensitive, so if the word is capitalized
different ways, you need to add multiple entries.
