1. If you receive this message after installation that says:

You are required to chmod to XXXXXXXXXXX

And you have already changed permissions to the selected file then you should do the following:

- Rename omnisupport.php to omnisupport.php.bkp
- Rename omnisupport_noperm.php to omnisupport.php
- Refresh the page and you should no longer see that error message.
