The
Manage Articles section of the buy help desk software
allows you to create, sort, and delete articles based
on categories.

allows you to choose additional topics that the

to FAQ: |
These
options allow you to choose which FAQ pages the
article is displayed on. |
Expiration: |
This
determines the day and time the article will expire
and cease to be displayed on the site |
Article
Go Live Date: |
This
is the day the article will be made live |
Icon: |
This
is the image that will represent the article. |

The Advanced
Article Search allows you to use specific criteria to
find an article.
