If you choose our hosted option, this means that we
will host the software on our servers and you will not

Some users choose our install option which allows you

below apply only if you decide to go with the hosted

Yes, Omnistar Live can be 100% private labeled. You can
add your logos to the admin panel and also remove any
reference to Omnistar Live. We even have an un-branded
user guide that your clients can access.

How do I receive
the product after my purchase?
After you purchase our online help desk software, you
will immediately receive an email that will have a link
to our software download area so you can immediately download
the software.

Will my users have
to download a special plug-in to use my product?
No, all of Omnistar Interactive products are web-based
and do not require any special plug-ins.

Do I need a dedicated
server to install Omnistar Live?
No, you do not need a dedicate server and you can install
Omnistar Live on most shared hosting environments.

Can I import and
export data between Omnistar Live and other applications?
Yes, Omnistar Live allows you to import and export using
CSV. Also there is an option to select your desired delimiter.

customizable?
Yes, the user interface can be totally customized from
the administrative area. You can browse in your own header
and footer graphics or use HTML to match the look and

program on multiple domain names?
No, the license for the product allows you to only install
and run the product from one domain name. If you have
multiple domain names you will need to purchase multiple
